An aircraft ejection seat refers to a technologically advanced device that is designed to rescue the aircraft pilot in case of an air crash, accident, attack, or malfunction on board. An ejection seat is activated either by pulling handles or yanking face curtains, and when the pull handle or curtains are pulled down, it sends the canopy flying and thrusts the crew out of the plane. In the catapult gun, pulling the ejection action launches the ejection seat into the air using an explosive cartridge.
